SHIPPING

Please note that our items are made to order and ship out within 3-5 days of production time unless disclosed otherwise. In some instances, an item can take longer than the estimated time frame to be shipped. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please email info@santasoulswim.com if your tracking number is not sent in the estimated time frame.

Please note that all pre-orders will be shipped out within a 3-6 week time period due to production and processing time. Shipment delays on pre-orders do not qualify for refunds. 

All site-wide sale periods and discounted purchases are FINAL SALE and items purchased during these periods are not eligible for return or gift card.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME POST PRODUCTION PERIOD 

  • Standard Shipping in Canada: 3-5 days 
  • Standard Shipping in the U.S.: 5-10 days 
  • We do not cover international customs clearance fees or duties that your package may be subject to.  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON REGULAR ITEMS

Due to the limited quantity of products produced as a small business, we offer store exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your merchandise in the event that you request a return. We require all returns to be in pristine condition—free of fingerprints, ink marks, tears, or signs of wear. To complete an exchange or store credit, please email us through info@santasoulswim.com with your order number to get the process started.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ITEMS

Due to the custom nature of our swimwear, all sales are final. Please note that minor variations in colour or fabric are not considered defects, as our swimwear is handmade and unique.

If we make an error with your order, such as incorrect size or style, we will work with you to correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that custom swimwear is made to order and cannot be resold, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
